چکیده
ترکیب 4-hydroxymethyl-(2,3)-benzotetrahydrooxpin toluenesulfonate 11 یکی از اعضای تاسیلیت نوع اول 7 بصورت زیر سنتز شده است : methyl crotonate 1 را بطریق معمولی از اسیدکروتونیک تهیه کرده و توسط nbs در موقعیت r برمومه شد. جسم حاصل methyl-r-bromocrotonate، 2 با فنل ترکیب شده و methyl-r-phenoxy crotonate، 3 بدست آمد که این جسم توسط هیدروژن در حضور کاتالیزور به methyl-phenoxy butyrate، احیا گردید. هیدرولیز و در دنبال آن حلقوی کردن 4 (اسید پلی فسفریک) تولید 5-homochromanone، 6 را نمود که توسط سنتز دارزن به آلدوئید 9 تبدیل شد. آلدئید 9 بوسیله lah احیاء شده الکل 10 بدست آمد که الکل بدست آمده 10 به تولوئن سولفونات نظیرش 11 تبدیل شد. کوشش برای سنتز آلدئید 9 بکمک تشکیل سیانوهیدرین از ستون 6 به نتیجه نرسید. و محصول سالوالیز اولیه تاسیلیت 11 توسط اسیداستیک جوش انجام شد و محصول حاصل tlc نشان داده شد که مخلوط پیچیده ای است . محصول عمده توسط plc جدا شد و براساس روشهای اسپکتروسکپی (nmr,ir) ساختمان استات 12 برای آن پیشنهاد میشود.
